Colegio Alborán – Collection of end-of-year bulletins 2019-2020

Dear Parents:

We inform you that Monday June 22 will be the last school day for Early Childhood and Primary Education, and June 23 for Secondary Education and Baccalaureate.

Regarding the delivery of the report card, this will take place on Wednesday, June 24 with the following collection time:
• For Primary Education:

-From 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: 1st, 3rd and 5th EPO.
-From 11:30 a.m. to 13:30 a.m.: 2st, 4rd and 6th EPO.

• For Secondary Education and Baccalaureate:

-From 9.30:11.30 a.m. to 1:3 a.m.: 1st ESO, XNUMXrd ESO and XNUMXst Baccalaureate.
-From 11.30:13.30 a.m. to 2:4 a.m.: 2st ESO, XNUMXrd ESO and XNUMXst Baccalaureate.

• For Early Childhood Education:

The qualifications of the Early Childhood Education students can be consulted from Tuesday, June 23 on the Classroom Management platform (they will be sent an email again with their password and username to access it).

BULLETIN COLLECTION PROTOCOL:

• The wait will take place on the entrance porch, respecting the appropriate preventive and protection measures (minimum distance and mandatory use of a mask).
• The entry will be made in strict alphabetical order of the students and in a sequential manner.
• Only one adult per student will come, and not accompanied by children.
• The devices (iPad or Chromebook and charger) must be delivered at the counter that will have been enabled at the entrance to the Center, maintaining the safety distance that will have been marked on the ground.
• In case of having to work on any subject for the extraordinary call in September, they must sign a document for the transfer of devices for the summer.

Report cards:

We would also take this time to remind you that Wednesday 24th of June is the date that you will be able to collect end of year report card, as previously mentioned. The collection timetable is as follows:

Primary Education:

• 9.30 – 11.30: 1st, 3rd, 5th of Primary Education.
• 11.30 – 13.30: 2st, 4rd, 6th of Primary Education.

Secondary Education and Bachelor :

• 9.30- 11.30: 1º, 3º of ESO and 1st Bachiller
• 11.30-13.30: 2nd, 4th of ESO and 2nd Bachiller

Child Education

The report card for students of Infantil will be available from Tuesday 23rd of June online, as it was done for the second term. Once again we will send you an email with username and password to access code.
