Theatrical performance “History of a Staircase”. 2025-26

On January 30th, through the Language Department of our center, the 2nd year Baccalaureate students attended the theatrical performance of the work "Historia de una escalera" by Antonio Buero Vallejo at the Gonzalo Martín Tenllado Conservatory of Music, in Malaga.
The main purpose of this activity is to introduce students to theatre in a fun way, and specifically to this work that combines realism and metaphorical language and continues to captivate people of all generations.
By attending the performance of this very interesting work, we try to promote critical thinking and use strategies that favor reading comprehension, as well as encourage the development of imagination and creativity in our young students.
It has turned out to be a fantastic adaptation and a wonderful staging of this representative and committed work of Spanish theatre, which so well reflects social immobility in a specific historical context.
The students in attendance had the opportunity to actively participate in the discussion following the performance, asking their questions to the actors and actresses of Sol de Nit Producciones.
