Cooperative work in 6th grade of Early Childhood Education. 2016-17

According to authors as distinguished as Robert T. Johnson, David W. Johnson and Edythe J. Holubec, working with groups of students who have been assigned a specific role, with functions they must fulfill, is one of the best ways to ensure that the members of each team work together, smoothly and productively. With this, we encourage no one to adopt passive or dominant attitudes in their group, since a positive interdependence is produced that pushes them to seek together, from the fulfillment of individual responsibility, the success of the entire team.

In our center we use methodologies based on the Team work from Childhood education. In the following video our 6th grade boys and girls explain their roles in one of the activities that have been carried out recently.
