Visit of LM Group Academy and LPA Spain. 2025-26

On May 6th, an interesting day was held at our center aimed at 4th year ESO and Baccalaureate students about the real estate sector and, more specifically, about the role of the real estate agent.

To that end, we were fortunate to hold an interactive panel session, moderated by Mr. Santiago Gutiérrez Palomo, in which Marina Nitzak, CEO of LM Group Academy, and Mr. Álvaro Botella, president of LPA Spain (The Leading Property Agents of Spain)They shared their experience and introduced our students to a sector with enormous professional and business potential.

While our Educational Project has a clear university focus, it also seeks to introduce students to professions closely linked to our environment and the economic and social reality of Marbella, where many families in our educational community participate directly or indirectly in this field.

During the session, topics such as the economic context and the realities of the local market were addressed, along with the career opportunities offered by the sector, its increasing evolution towards greater professionalization and specialized training, and the transversal skills and competencies required for this activity. Participants also reflected on the advantages, challenges, and demands of a profession so prevalent in our community.

With initiatives like this, Colegio Alborán continues to be committed to a comprehensive education, connected to reality and aimed at broadening the academic and professional vision of our students.
