XX Poetry Contest for Schoolchildren "Poets of 27". 2015-16

Once again, the Colegio Alborán has participated with great success in this Poetry Contest organized by the Department of Culture of the Malaga City Council, which this year celebrates its twentieth edition, and which tries to recognize the work of the teaching staff that promotes and promotes the reading and poetic writing among minors and young people.
This poetry contest organized by the Network of Municipal Libraries, has a massive participation, since students from all educational centers both in Malaga and its province participate in it.

We offer our most sincere congratulations to the winners and finalists, as well as to all our participants, who have been many.
We are again very satisfied, since six of our students have been awarded.

In the Child mode:
• Andrea Bravo Bianchi (Third Prize), for her poem “I-Live”.
• Teresa Fernández Galeote (Finalist), for her poetry “My little dog Tom”.
In the Junior mode:
• Eva González Martín (Second Prize), with her poetic creation “Me? A poetry?
• Elías Salinas Teruel (Finalist), with his poem “My heart has spoken”.
And in the Youth Modality:
• María Rodríguez Mata (First Prize), for her work: “Te fuiste”.
• Juan Carlos Martínez Vázquez (Finalist), for his poem: “Dead while alive”.

The awards ceremony took place in the Sala Iniciarte del Palmeral de las Sorpresas in the Port of Malaga on Sunday, May 8, in an emotional act, presented by Mª Emilia García, in which the writers Carmen Ramos and Inés Mª Guzmán delivered the Poems with the selected poems and invited the winners to continue writing poetry, while congratulating the numerous participants who have stood out for the great literary quality of their poems.
