2024th Cultural Week. Grandparents' Day. 25-XNUMX
Last Friday, April 26th, Alborán School opened its doors with great excitement to welcome the grandparents of the Early Childhood Education students. A very special morning began with a family breakfast lovingly prepared by our kitchen team and served with dedication, warmth, and effort by the 4th-grade students, who went out of their way to make all our guests feel at home. Their involvement was exemplary and fundamental to the success of the event!
As every year, a group of grandparents from the fifth grade of Early Childhood Education spoke on behalf of everyone. This time, we were moved by the heartfelt and wonderfully delivered speech by Mr. Agustín, grandfather of our student Joaquín Casado.
Afterwards, we enjoyed the joyful and emotional performances that our little ones had lovingly prepared, which managed to move everyone in attendance.
The day continued with a raffle for several baskets of organic produce from our school garden. As a new feature, two Day Passes were also raffled off for our new summer camp, which begins this school year.
We would also like to thank the 6th grade students for their collaboration in presenting the performances and for accompanying the grandparents on their tour of the garden and farm. Likewise, some 3rd grade students enthusiastically supported the organic garden, helping to make everything look perfect for our visitors.
In short, a heartfelt day that, year after year, leaves an indelible mark on our little ones and their families.
Thank you all for making this possible!
