We focus on good quality and high standards of nutrition
We ensure quality and control certified by our quality seal. Our diet specialists together with our Chef prepare a monthly menu taking into account the special needs of students with allergies, intolerances or medical recommendations, guaranteeing that all students feel integrated in the dining room.
That is why we follow the Mediterranean Diet (UNESCO) and the commitments established by the NAOS Strategy (Strategy for Nutrition, Physical Activity and Obesity Prevention) ruled by the Food Safety Agency.
The dining room is also an area in which children receive an education, not only in terms of behavioral standards, but also regarding the importance of avoiding the risks of any eating disorder. We share the concern of parents to guarantee this control and that is why our dining room staff closely monitors each student.
