Non-uniform day. 2021-22

Our educational project not only integrates academic education, but also an authentic education in values. For this reason, throughout the course, at Colegio Alborán we encourage participation, collaboration and involvement in activities carried out by different Non-Governmental Organizations among students.
On this occasion, we are going to promote the initiative to collect donations for "Mis felinos de Alhaurín", an association that offers a rescue and shelter service for small and adult cats that are in danger on the street or have been abandoned by their owners. This association, which does not receive subsidies or food from any organization, is also in charge of collecting cats that have been run over, sterilizing and controlling the colonies, as well as taking them to the vet (medicines, vaccines, chip...), thanks to the work disinterested of some volunteers. Likewise, it collaborates with other neighborhoods in Malaga (El Cónsul, San Andrés…) and seeks responsible adoption.
For this reason, today we have carried out the Day without Uniform. During this day, students who want to participate can go to the center without said uniform in exchange for making a donation for this cause.
We want to thank the great involvement shown by both our students and the staff of the center. Thanks to it, they have managed to raise €815,34 that will be delivered entirely for this good cause.
