And there was light!

Today Friday in the #robotics class of 3rd of #PrimaryEducation we have verified how electricity can be generated from a #potato. To do this, we have traveled to the school garden, we have chosen some of the best #tubers and we have created our own battery using cables and zinc and copper plates. How is it possible? Well, because the juice of this vegetable contains a substance called phosphoric acid that is capable of triggering a reaction between copper and zinc, that is, an exchange of electrons that allows us to light a led.
