Solidarity Project. Help Fundatul. 2016-17

In the last quarter, the Alborán School has developed a solidarity project in the subjects of Religion and Values, consisting of making useful crafts with recycled products (plastic bottles, cardboard, paper, toilet paper rolls, canned goods…). The purpose is twofold, on the one hand, to make our students aware of the need to recycle, something so important for caring for the environment and, on the other hand, to produce useful things to sell at a charity market.

Strengthening solidarity has been one of the slogans for these two subjects, and one of the best indicators has been the interest shown by the students.

In a practical way, the students have been involved in the entire process of collecting recyclable materials and with great creativity and design have manufactured new products while actively collaborating with the sale of these original designs. The money raised has been allocated to a protection and assistance foundation for people with disabilities called FUNDATUL.

This activity has been very constructive and altruistic for all the participants.
