Travel to Italia. 2022-23

Baccalaureate students, as part of the Colegio Alborán's “Education and Culture outside the Classroom” program of school activities, once again enjoyed an exciting trip through Italy in February, touring its most representative cities.
With full educational and cultural training purposes, our students began this experience by visiting the city of Milan, where they were able to admire its impressive lanceolate Gothic Cathedral, the Palazzo-forteza of the Sforza, La Scala and Piazza dei Mercatto, among others. . They then moved to Verona, where they were surprised by La Arena (Roman amphitheatre), Giulietta Capuleto's house and Piazza del Erbe. Later, in Vicenza they toured the Piazza dei Signori and the Paladiana Basilica.
The incomparable city of Venice left them pleasantly surprised, especially by the beauty of the Piazza and Basilica of San Marco, Ponte Rialto, and its impressive canals.
They then visited Padova, where the Basilica of San Antonio and El Prato della Valle stand out.
The trip continued towards one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Firenze, cradle of the Renaissance, homeland of Leonardo Da Vinci and Michelangelo Buonarotti. In it, they contemplated the Uffizzi Galleries, Il Duomo, the Academy, the Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signaría and Santa Croce.
It was time, in the heart of Tuscany, for Siena with its impressive Piazza del Popolo and Duomo, and for Pisa with its famous “campo dei miracoli”, its famous Cattedrale and the Leaning Tower.
This complete program ended in Rome, "the Eternal City", with the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica, the Coliseum and the Imperial Forums, Agrippa's Pantheon, the famous Trevi Fountain or Piazza Navona among others.
