In the last two years, the 1st Baccalaureate students have adapted some of the stories from El Conde Lucanor, by Don Juan Manuel, often reflecting the current reality, since the human condition and its behavior continues to be a current topic:

In this video, Julia and Carlota tell a story in the style of Count Lucanor adapted to a current problem, such as social networks and image projection.

Marta, Manuela, Carmen and Daniel carry out this adaptation of the teachings of El Conde Lucanor to the present day, highlighting the value of sharing and helping.

Elena, Alba, Lora, Julia, Ethan and Samuel make this original and humorous version of the story XXII of El Conde Lucanor, by Don Juan Manuel, What happened to the lion and the bull, with its final moral “by sayings, and by deeds of some, do not break your friendship with profitable men."

Paula, María, Teresa, Nathalia and Carlota perform the version of the story XXIX What happened to a fox who pretended to be dead. In this story, Don Juan Manuel refers to enduring minor offenses, but not those that affect honor and rights. “He endure things while you could and take revenge only when you should.”

In "Any given day in any gym", David, Hugo and Alejandro recreate the advice that Patronio gives to Count Lucanor adapted to current situations.

Story XII: “What happened to a fox with a rooster.” Sofía, Alejandro, Julia and Lucía convey the teachings of this story by Don Juan Manuel, that you should not feel afraid for no reason, you should not trust everyone and you should know how to defend yourself if the need arises.

Story IX: What happened to the two horses with the lion. Tiana, Carla, Elia and Lucía reflect in this video the advice to the count from his advisor, “With your lands protected from harm, avoid the tricks that strangers plot.”

Hugo and Luna reflect in this current video the story X, “What happened to a man who, due to poverty and lack of food, ate lupines.”

Carmen Luque, Carmen Bautista, Natalia and Alba transfer the teachings of El Conde Lucanor to today's society, where the advice of Patronio, in this case, a friendly counselor, is also valid.

Very free and current adaptation of the teachings on humility of Don Juan Manuel in El Conde Lucanor. Rahul, Daniel, Alberto, Álvaro and Valentino transmit the values: treat others how you want to be treated.
