Visit to the Athens Gymnasium. 2017-18

The 1st year of Baccalaureate students participated yesterday in a practical day at the Atenas Gymnasium in Benalmádena. During the visit, organized by the Physical Education Department of our center, they were able to take "Zumba" and "Spinning" classes. Likewise, they were also able to test the different bodybuilding machines, as well as discover what benefits each one of them brings.
