Yesterday, December 10, the students of the 1st of Baccalaureate had the opportunity to visit the Athens Gymnasium of Benalmádena to participate in a practical workshop organized by the Department of Physical education.
During it, in addition to doing different types of aerobic sessions, he was able to test some of the weight-building machines and discover what benefits they provide.
In addition, before finishing, our students had the opportunity to meet the former basketball player, Olympic medalist, world champion in 2006 and current technical director of CB Sevilla, Berni Rodríguez, whom we want to thank for the kindness and pleasure with which he attended. to our boys and girls.
