Institutional visit of centers in Estonia. 2019-20.
During the morning of today an institutional visit of a delegation of center directors and heads of studies from Estonia to our center took place; prior contact, a few days before, in which they showed a sincere interest in verifying in situ the operation of an innovative school with the impact of Alborán on the educational environment. Interest in getting to know each other, which we consider reciprocal, since the references we have from your educational system are very good, to which We have reciprocated by opening our doors, as we usually do with our visitors, whether they are related to the world of education in our country or from abroad.
In addition to touring our facilities and learning about the details of our educational project from the management team, our visitors have been able to take an itinerary through the different Infant, EPO, ESO and Baccalaureate classrooms, where they have received timely information from the teachers and our students, taking note of the various educational spaces and methodologies that were used in the various stages, as well as their pedagogical justification. In addition, for some travelers, who come from the snow that surrounded them when they left their country, walking through our gardens, ecological orchard, animal farm, swimming pool and open-air classrooms on a day as bright as today, has been a true pleasure for the senses. As it is for us, serving colleagues from other countries, who share their experiences with us, always enriching, from which we all learn and allow us to grow.
After a pleasant exchange of memories of our respective institutions, we took the traditional photo of rigor and they summoned us to return the visit. Something that we will value, to a large extent due to the interest that the practices that are carried out in other places arouse in this College, and in particular in countries with a clear upward projection in terms of innovation and education, as is the case of Estonia.
