Celebrating that the curve of those affected by the coronavirus is gradually decreasing, while applauding all our students for their attitude towards the new educational model to which this pandemic has led us and, of course, thanking the families for their support To our teachers, through emotional emails and congratulations, I proceed to transfer a new statement, informing of the current situation regarding the administrative measures adopted.
At the beginning of this month of April, as announced, the corresponding receipt was issued, in which the compensations according to what was not consumed in concepts such as bus, dining room and extracurricular activities have been applied, and discounts applied in children and 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade. Without having the necessary certainty to make a forecast between now and the end of the course, the College has established a new and expanded table of discounts in Education for the next receipt in May:
Child 50%
1st, 2nd and 3rd grade of primary school 40%
4th, 5th and 6th grade of primary school 30%
Secondary and high school 20%
Regarding scheduled trips, we distinguish two cases:
• One-day excursions: the corresponding refund will be made on the receipt for the month of May.
• Trips to Madrid, London, Paris or Prague: procedures continue, reimbursements will be made based on progress and completion.

Feeling grateful that the number of people infected by the Coronavirus is decreasing gradually, that all our students have a very positive attitude towards the new Educational System, and thanking all of you for the support shown to our teachers through your emails, now we have to proceed with the information about the new administration measures adopted by the School.
At the beginning of the present month of April, we have applied to the school invoices the previously announced measures taken in relation to services not used: transport, lunch and extracurricular activities, together with the discounts to Infant and 1st, 2nd and 3rd of Primary Education. Not knowing how long the situation was going to last and whether it will last until the end of this School Year, here are the discounts in Education applied now for the month of May:
Infant Education 50%
1st,2nd & 3rd Primary Education 40%
4th, 5th & 6th Primary Education 30%
Secondary Education and Bachelor 20%
In relation to the School Trips that were programmed for this year, we have to differentiate two scenarios:
• One day trip excursions: We will refund them in May's invoice.
• Trips to Madrid, London, Paris or Prague: We are still working with all the parties involved (travel agency, hotels, etc.) to obtain answers and we will keep you informed of all progress made.

PS For all those parents that are not up to date with their payments, mainly in regard to the month of March, we will not apply any discounts. Also, we will continue with our policy in relation to unpaid bills: if you have two unpaid invoices, we will proceed to unsubscribe the student/s immediately.
