Colegio Alborán – Recogida de boletines de fin de curso 2019-2020
Estimados padres:
Les informamos de que el lunes 22 de junio será el último día lectivo para las etapas de Educación Infantil y Primaria, y el 23 de junio para Educación Secundaria y Bachillerato.
En cuanto a la entrega del boletín de notas, esta tendrá lugar el miércoles 24 de junio con el siguiente horario de recogida:
• Para Educación Primaria:
-De 9:30 h -11:30 h: 1º, 3º y 5º de EPO.
-De 11:30 h -13:30 h: 2º, 4º y 6º de EPO.
• Para Educación Secundaria y Bachillerato:
-De 9.30 h -11.30 h: 1º ESO, 3º de ESO y 1º Bachillerato.
-De 11.30 h -13.30 h: 2º ESO, 4º de ESO y 2º Bachillerato.
• Para Educación Infantil:
Las calificaciones del alumnado de Educación Infantil podrán ser consultadas a partir del martes 23 de junio en la plataforma de Gestión de Aula (se les volverá a enviar un correo electrónico con su clave y usuario para acceder a la misma).
PROTOCOLO DE RECOGIDA DE BOLETINES:
• La espera se llevará a cabo en el porche de entrada, respetando las medidas preventivas y de protección adecuadas (distancia mínima y uso obligatorio de mascarilla).
• La entrada se hará por riguroso orden alfabético del alumnado y de forma secuenciada.
• Solo vendrá un adulto por alumno, y no acompañado por niños.
• Se deberán entregar los dispositivos (iPad o Chromebook y cargador) en el mostrador que habrá habilitado en la entrada al Centro, manteniendo la distancia de seguridad que habrá marcada en el suelo.
• En caso de tener que trabajar alguna materia de cara a la convocatoria extraordinaria de septiembre, deberán firmar un documento de cesión de dispositivos para el verano.

Dear Parents,

Report cards:
We would also take this time to remind you that Wednesday 24th of June is the date that you will be able to collect end of year report card, as previously mentioned. The collection timetable is as follows:
Primary Education:
• 9.30 – 11.30: 1º, 3º, 5º of Primary Education.
• 11.30 – 13.30: 2º, 4º, 6º of Primary Education.
Secondary Education and Bachiller :
• 9.30- 11.30: 1º, 3º of ESO and 1st Bachiller
• 11.30-13.30: 2º, 4º of ESO and 2nd Bachiller
Infantil Education
The report card for students of Infantil will be available from Tuesday 23nd of June online, as it was done for the second term. Once again we will send you an email with user name and password to access code.
School reports collection Protocol :
• Parents will wait on the entrance porch, respecting the appropriate preventive and protective measures (minimum distance and mandatory use of a mask).
• The entrance area will be made in strict alphabetical order of the students and in a sequential way.
• Only one adult will come per student, and not accompanied by children.
• The devices (iPad or Chromebook) and chargers must be delivered to the counter that will have been enabled at the entrance to the Center, keeping the safety distance that will have been marked on the ground.
• In the event they have to work on a subject in the face of the extraordinary call in September, they must sign a document for the assignment of devices for the summer
