Comunicado de 13 de abril de 2020.
Estimados Padres:
Celebrando que la curva de afectados por el coronavirus está disminuyendo de manera paulatina, a la vez que aplaudiendo a todo nuestro alumnado por su actitud respecto al nuevo modelo educativo al que nos ha abocado esta pandemia y, por supuesto, agradeciendo a las familias su apoyo a nuestro profesorado, a través de emotivos correos y felicitaciones, procedo a trasladar un nuevo comunicado, informando de la actualidad en cuanto a las medidas administrativas adoptadas.
A principios de este mes de abril se ha procedido, como se anunció, a emitir el correspondiente recibo, en el que se han aplicado las compensaciones acordes a lo no consumido en conceptos como autobús, comedor y actividades extraescolares, y aplicado descuentos en infantil y 1º, 2º y 3º de primaria. Sin tener la certidumbre necesaria para hacer una previsión de aquí a finales de curso, el Colegio ha establecido un nuevo y ampliado cuadro de descuentos en Educación para el próximo recibo de mayo:
Infantil 50%
1º,2º y 3º de primaria 40%
4º,5º y 6º de primaria 30%
Secundaria y bachiller 20%
Referente a los viajes programados distinguimos dos supuestos:
• Excursiones de un día: se procederá a la devolución correspondiente en el recibo del mes de mayo.
• Viajes a Madrid, Londres, Paris o Praga: continúan las gestiones, se llevarán a cabo los reembolsos en base al avance y la consecución de las mismas.

Nota: A los padres que no estén al día en sus recibos, principalmente en el correspondiente a marzo, no se les aplicará descuento alguno y se seguirá aplicando el protocolo de gestión de cobro: con dos recibos impagados se dará de baja al alumno de forma inmediata.
En el correo que aparece en esta carta se podrán hacer los planteamientos y propuestas individuales para que sea estudiada su viabilidad por parte del Colegio.
Dear parents,
Feeling grateful that the number of people infected by the Coronavirus is decreasing gradually, that all our students have a very positive attitude towards the new Educational System, and thanking all of you for the support shown to our teachers through your emails, now we have to proceed with the information about the new administration measures adopted by the School.
At the beginning of the present month of April, we have applied to the school invoices the previously announced measures taken in relation to services not used: transport, lunch and extracurricular activities, together with the discounts to Infantil and 1st, 2nd and 3rd of Primary Education. Not knowing how long the situation was going to last and whether it will last until the end of this School Year, here are the discounts in Education applied now for the month of May:
Infantile Education 50%
1st,2nd & 3rd Primary Education 40%
4th, 5th & 6th Primary Education 30%
Secondary Education and Bachiller 20%
In relation to the School Trips that were programmed for this year, we have to differentiate two scenarios:
• One day trip excursions: We will refund them in May’s invoice.
• Trips to Madrid, London, Paris or Prague: We are still working with all the parties involved (travel agency, hotels, etc.) to obtain answers and we will keep you informed of all progress made.

P.S. For all those parents that are not up to date with their payments, mainly in regard to the month of March, we will not apply any discounts. Also, we will continue with our policy in relation to unpaid bills: if you have two unpaid invoices, we will proceed to unsubscribe the student/s immediately.
