Medidas de prevención, protección, vigilancia y promoción de la salud frente al COVID-19. 2020-21

Estimadas familias.

En espera de la Conferencia de Presidentes Autonómicos que el Presidente del Gobierno anunció para finales de agosto, les informamos de que, basándonos ella, estamos pendientes de la posible actualización del protocolo que les enviaremos y que ya elaboramos el pasado mes de junio en cuanto a las medidas de prevención, protección, vigilancia y promoción de salud COVID-19 publicadas por la Consejería de Salud y Familias de la Junta de Andalucía y que, debido a su extensión, resumimos en formato de decálogo que aquí les recordamos:

1- La vuelta al colegio será en forma presencial, si bien supeditada a la decisión de las autoridades competentes, que podrían decretar de nuevo el confinamiento, escenario para el que también estamos preparados.
2- El Colegio Alborán ha conformado una comisión COVID de seguimiento, prevención, información y reacción ante cualquier caso de contagio que pudiera aparecer, que será la encargada, además, de elaborar los protocolos de actuación adecuados y actualizar la base de datos con toda la información relacionada.
3- Las familias no tendrán acceso al interior de las instalaciones. No recomendamos las reuniones en el exterior, pero en caso de darse, deben mantener las distancias de seguridad y el uso obligado de la mascarilla.
4- Las gestiones con secretaría y administración se llevarán a cabo previa cita, y sin coincidir con el horario de entrada y salida del alumnado.
5- No se admitirá la entrada del alumnado antes de las 9:15 h, con la excepción lógica de bachillerato y el aula matinal.
6- Se habilitarán cuatro entradas diferentes para evitar aglomeraciones.
7- Para reducir la posibilidad de contagio se formarán grupos de convivencia en las clases Infantil y 1º y 2º EPO, con la intención de minimizar el contacto con otros grupos. Para el resto del alumnado se trabajarán medidas de higiene, distanciamiento social y el uso de mascarillas. Cuando esta se guarde debe hacerse en una funda personalizada y contar con una de repuesto.
8- Las medidas de prevención comienzan en el propio hogar, con la toma de temperatura, el lavado de manos y el uso de la mascarilla antes de venir al Colegio, ya sea en ruta o de forma autónoma. Asimismo, y debido al cierre de las fuentes, el agua que vayan a consumir debe venir en botellas de plástico personalizadas desde casa.
9- En caso de sospecha de posible infección (fiebre, dificultad al respirar, malestar, etc.), el alumno se quedará en casa y se informará a la persona encargada de la comisión COVID cuyo teléfono les facilitaremos. Del mismo modo, en caso de darse un caso en su grupo-clase, serán avisados para venir a recoger a su hijo de forma ordenada y secuenciada.
10- En breve recibirán el protocolo de funcionamiento interno del Colegio, donde recogemos las medidas relacionadas con entrada, salida, aulas, comedor, recreo, etc. La reunión que cada año mantienen los tutores/as con las familias, en esta ocasión, y por motivos de seguridad, se realizará en formato vídeo.

Dear families,

While we are waiting for the Conference of Regional Presidents announced by the President of the Government for the end of August, we would like to inform you that, on the basis of this Conference, we are working on a possible update of the protocol that we will send you and which we already drew up last June with regard to prevention, protection, supervision and health promotion measures COVID-19 published by the Ministry of Health and Families of the Andalusian Government and which, due to its length, we summarize in the form of a Decalogue which we remind you of here:

1- The return to school will be in on-site form, although it will be conditioned by the decision of the competent authorities, which could again order the lockdown, a scenario we are also prepared for.
2- Alborán School has created a COVID committee to follow up, prevent, inform, and, react to any case of contagion that may arise, which will also be responsible for drawing up the appropriate action protocols and update the database with all related information.
3- Families will not have access to the interior of the School facilities. We do not recommend gatherings outside but, if they take place, they must maintain safety distances and the obligatory use of the mask.
4- Negotiations with the secretary and administration will be made by appointment, and without coinciding with the time of entrance and exit of the students.
5-Students will not be allowed to enter the School grounds before 9:15 am, with the logical exception of Bachillerato and Morning Class.
6- Four different entrances will be enabled to avoid crowding.
7.- In order to reduce the possibility of infection, groups will be formed in the Infant and 1st and 2nd EPO classes, with the intention of minimizing contact with other groups. For the rest of the students, social distancing measures will be worked on and the required use of masks. Masks must be kept in a personalized bag or container when not in use.
8- Prevention starts at home:  taking temperatures, washing hands, and wearing a mask before coming to school, whether they do so by bus or your own transport. Likewise, and because the fountains are closed, the water that your students are going to consume must come in personalized plastic bottles from home.
9- In case of a suspected infection (fever, difficulty in breathing, pain, etc.), the student will stay at home and will inform the person in charge of the COVID committee, whose phone number we will provide. Also, if there is a case in your group-class, you will be notified to come and pick up your child in an organized and sequenced manner.
10- You will soon receive the protocol for the internal organization of the school, where we will collect the measures necessary for entrance, exit, classrooms, canteen, playground, etc. The meeting that the tutors have every year with the families, on this occasion, and for security reasons, will be in video format.
